Kusmi Cold Tea

Preparation

Leave the Kusmi green tea to cool down and store in the refrigerator. Place the ginger pieces to a centrifugal juicer to get the juice. Then dilute with sugar. Add the sugar – sugar syrup, lime juice marinated with lime peels – and the liquified thyme honey.

Execution

Pick a glass of your choice, fill with ice and add the ginger with sugar syrup and honey. Fill the glass with tea and garnish with mint and dried lemon.
